Terms and Conditions Car Rental

The renter must provide the following via WhatsApp:

• A photo of a valid National ID Card (KTP). The original KTP must be surrendered and will be held for the duration of the rental period. It will be returned upon the vehicle’s return.
• A photo of a valid Class A Driver’s License (SIM A), where the name and address match the KTP.
• A photo of the hotel booking confirmation (showing the booker’s name).
• Consent to be photographed/videoed with the rented vehicle during the handover process.

Rental Provisions

• The vehicle is only permitted for use within Bali Island. Taking the vehicle outside of Bali is strictly prohibited.
• The minimum rental period for a self-drive car in Bali is 2 days.
• A deposit equivalent to 1x the daily rental rate is required to confirm a valid booking and to prevent irresponsible or false bookings.
• The remaining balance (total rent minus the deposited amount) must be settled in full during the vehicle handover.
• The rental rate is calculated on a 24-hour per day basis, starting from the requested delivery time. A late return will incur an extra time charge of 10% – 20% per hour of the daily rate. If the extra time exceeds 4 hours, a full day’s rental charge will be applied.
• For rentals of 2-3 days, a delivery fee of IDR 50,000 and a return fee of IDR 50,000 will apply. Free delivery is provided for rentals of 4 days or more within the Airport (Ngurah Rai) & Kuta area. For areas outside this, delivery and return fees will be adjusted based on distance.
• For minor to moderate damage to the vehicle (scratches or dents), a fee starting from IDR 500,000 will be charged, assessed based on the extent of the damage.
• For major damage (dented body, broken/busted bumper, damage to the interior including the dashboard, ceiling, seats, broken glass, etc.) that requires spare part replacement, the full repair cost will be borne by the renter. Additionally, the renter will be charged a compensation fee for the rental days lost while the car is under repair (maximum of 10 rental days).

A booking for a chauffeur-driven car in Bali is considered valid only after a minimum deposit of 1x the daily rental rate has been transferred. This ensures the booking is genuine and prevents irresponsible or false reservations.

• Rates: Rates are adjusted based on the car type and tour route.
• Payment System: Payment is to be made daily after the tour is completed. It can be paid directly to the driver or transferred to our bank account.
• Final Payment: On the final day, the deposit you have already transferred will be deducted from the total amount due.
• Cancellation Policy: For cancellations made unilaterally within 24 hours of the booked date and time, the deposit transferred to our bank account will be forfeited as a cancellation fee.
• Rental Duration: The standard rental duration is 12 hours. Any overtime will be charged at 10% of the daily car rental rate per hour.
• Operating Hours: The maximum operational time is until 24:00. Exceeding this time will incur an additional driver fee of IDR 100,000.
• Vehicle Damage: Any damage to the vehicle caused by driver negligence, whether intentional or unintentional, is entirely our responsibility.
• Insurance Coverage: All-risk insurance for all vehicles is included.
• Passenger Insurance: Life insurance or personal accident insurance for passengers is not included.
• Driver Expenses: There are no additional charges for the driver’s meals or tips. However, if you would like to voluntarily provide a meal allowance or tip to the driver out of kindness, we would be very grateful.
• Booking Channel: To avoid any undesired circumstances, please make bookings only through our official website: isunosing.co.id. If a complaint arises from a booking made directly with a driver, all the terms and conditions stated above no longer apply, and we are released from any responsibility for risks that may occur thereafter.
• Agreement: A booking becomes valid once the deposit transfer is completed, which automatically signifies your agreement to all the terms and conditions stated above.
