🗓️ Sharing Tour Itinerary and Map Route Bromo Ijen Tumpak Sewu
💦 Day 1: Tumpak Sewu Waterfall
Your driver will pick you up from your accommodation between 5:00 AM and 6:00 AM for the 2-2.5 hour journey to Tumpak Sewu Waterfall in Lumajang. This early departure avoids traffic and ensures you arrive before the crowds.
our tour begins at the Tumpak Sewu panoramic viewpoint. After viewing the waterfall from above, you’ll begin the 40-60 minute descent to the base. The path involves stairs and slippery, rocky waterways, so watch your step. At the bottom, you can explore the area or take an optional 30-minute walk to Tetes Cave. The total exploration time is approximately 3-4 hours. Then prepare for going bang to Malang city.
You will be returned to your accommodation between 3:00 PM and 4:00 PM. The return trip may take 2.5-3 hours due to afternoon rush hour. The tour concludes upon your return.
🗺️ Day 2: Mount Bromo Sunrise
Your Bromo adventure begins with a shared jeep pickup between midnight and 12:30 AM from your Malang hotel. We arrive at the viewpoint hours early to secure the best parking spot, ensuring you have a short walk to the prime sunrise location at ~04:30.
After sunrise, the jeep takes you to the Bromo crater. A trek across the sand and a climb of ~250 stairs leads you to the summit—please be careful on the narrow, slippery paths.
By 8:00 AM, we start our return to Malang, stopping at scenic spots like the Sea of Sand and Teletubbies Hill. You’ll be back at your accommodation around 10:00 AM. Then go to Banyuwangi.
